Private retreats are for the moments when your body is asking for more than an hour on the calendar. They offer intentional time and space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with what’s actually happening beneath the surface of daily life. Whether you’re feeling burned out, disconnected, navigating change, or simply craving deep rest, each retreat is thoughtfully designed around your needs, your pace, and your environment — from quiet cabins and lakeside rentals to homes and outdoor spaces. This isn’t about escape or fixing yourself; it’s about creating the conditions for regulation, clarity, and sustainable care.

In addition to private retreats, I also serve as a facilitator and support practitioner at select group retreats throughout the year. In these settings, I offer grounded nervous system support through massage therapy, somatic movement, sound work, Reiki, and guided grounding practices — helping participants integrate their experience on a deeper, embodied level. I collaborate closely with retreat hosts to support the overall flow of the weekend, whether that means holding space during transitions, offering restorative practices, or providing one-on-one care when needed. Seeds of the Year: An Intentional Planning Retreat

This journal-based day retreat offers a slower, more thoughtful approach to planning the year ahead. Through guided reflection, seasonal discussion, and intentional journaling, you’ll revisit the past year, ground into the present moment, and allow clarity for the year ahead to emerge—without the pressure of traditional resolutions. Late winter provides the ideal space for this work. Each participant will choose a word of intention and receive a customized bracelet to carry that focus forward. Untangled Retreat: Flesh & Frequency

Flesh & Frequency is a 4-day ritual retreat for women who are ready to rebuild trust with their bodies, reconnect with their inner knowing, and restore their relationship with the sacred. This immersive experience creates space to slow down, listen deeply, and respond to what your body has been communicating for years—through guided ritual, embodied practices, and intentional time away from everyday demands. The retreat is designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and meaningful integration, offering a grounded container for transformation rather than force or pressure.

This three-day, all-inclusive retreat is a nurturing weekend designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and care for yourself on every level. The experience blends rest, embodiment, and empowerment through two slow, grounding yoga and mindful movement sessions, self-care workshops, and spacious time to unwind. Participants will enjoy cozy lodging, a curated self-care gift bundle, and the option for an empowering boudoir photo session that celebrates confidence, softness, and self-expression. Throughout the weekend, shared meals, intentional gatherings, and community connection create a supportive, judgment-free space to reflect, restore, and reconnect with your authentic needs—leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply at home in yourself.

Seasonal Meditation Series
The seasons have a rhythm — light and dark, growth and rest, beginning and release. The Seasonal Meditation Series is designed to help you align with these natural cycles and the “seasons within” yourself.
Each meditation honors a turning point in the year — the equinoxes, solstices, and the days between — guiding you to pause, breathe, and connect more deeply with nature’s wisdom.

✨ Membership Access: Longer 25–30 minute practices are available through my membership, either in person or as recordings you can return to anytime.

🌙 Sacred Stillness
Step into a space of deep rest and renewal. Sacred Stillness is a weekly class designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit through a gentle blend of yin yoga, restorative postures, Reiki, and sound.
We begin with slow, grounding stretches to release tension and invite the body into stillness. Supported by props, you’ll then settle into restorative shapes that allow your nervous system to soften and reset. Reiki energy healing and sound vibrations weave through the practice, creating an atmosphere of calm that reaches far beyond the mat.
